Mackays are licenced by a number of Scottish Whisky Distillery companies to manufacture and distribute food products with their branded Whisky added.
In order to produce a full flavoured marmalade the Whisky is added after the boiling process is complete. This product range also includes speciality Honeys, Mustards and Fudge. The Whisky Brands include Macallan, Famous Grouse, Glenfarclas and Bowmore.
